Claro is a managed service, so there is nothing for your team to install or patch, and your tenant's personal data is encrypted at rest under its own AES-256-GCM key with row-level isolation on every request. This is how Claro answers the data-residency obligations Indonesian banks and government bodies carry under OJK, BSSN, and UU PDP. Data leaves Indonesia only if you turn on an optional external provider, such as AI-generated emails or SMS and voice simulation.
